Who is responsible for actually making exam accommodations, faculty or OALA? A refusal to provide appropriate accommodations is considered intentional discrimination. OALA staff evaluate all requests to ensure that the documentation supports the existence of a disability covered by the ADA and Section 504, and the need for accommodation or modification because of that disability.
